Do I need to buy additional webinar licenses?

You should buy additional licenses if:

• You are using a subscription plan. Subscription plans prohibit sharing and group viewing.
• You purchased a webinar individually, but someone else needs to view the webinar without you present, or
• More than one person needs a certificate

What does a single license to a live or on-demand webinar buy?

Each webinar or subscription license comes with: 

• An individual login to the webinar(s).
• One training certificate in the name of the login owner

These cannot be transferred.

Can my co-workers watch a webinar with me?

That depends on what type of license you have. Please make sure you understand what your license allows:

• Individual webinars — YES
  Live and on-demand webinars purchased individually may be viewed as a group in a conference room setting. (Only the login owner will receive a certificate of completion.)
  
  
• Subscription webinars — NO
  Subscription plans are NOT eligible for group viewing. Our All-Access Passports are priced at a deep discount for individual users. Additional licenses may be purchased for a nominal fee.

Can I share my login?

For security and privacy reasons, your login should be kept private.

Can my login be used in more than one browser at a time?

No. While you can log in to your account from different locations, it can't be used by multiple people to access a webinar.

How much is an additional license?

We recognize that it's not always feasible (or safe) to gather together to watch a webinar, so we sell additional licenses to our live and on-demand webinars in bundles for a nominal fee. You can also buy additional subscriptions at a steeply discounted rate.
