Have you heard?
BOL Learning Connect introduces
TRAIN THE TRAINER Webinars!

BOL Learning Connect
is pleased to offer its latest innovation in Banker Trainer. Our NEW Train the Trainer series of programs.

Are you responsible for training employees at your financial institution?

Are you expected to train branch personnel based on training materials sent from the main office?

Feeling a little lost?

Don't worry, BOL Learning Connect is coming to your rescue with our new series of programs designed to help you learn HOW to train on a variety of topics. You'll learn the instructional methods that top bank trainers have been using for years to convey difficult topics to your staff at a level they can understand and more importantly begin implementing immediately.

What differentiates TRAIN THE TRAINER programs? These programs:
  • Teach the current topics for the banking industry
  • Teach the trainer how to best teach the topic
  • Use real world examples
  • Provide reusable, customizable, training materials
  • Offer ideas for games, skits and ways to add "hot spice" to keep the learner's interest
  • Are taught by industry experts who are nationally recognized in their field, like Mary Beth Guard, Ken Golliher, Dana Turner and Barbara Hurst, to name a few
Employees need to understand topics as they effect what that employee does. But we realize that trainers in a bank need a thorough level of subject knowledge for what every employee does. The trainer also needs real world examples that drive a point home and explain the "whys" of a topic. They need proven training materials that can be customized to their bank's needs. Starting from scratch is not necessary with BOLLearningConnect.com's new series.

Like our regular webinars, the trainer will see the presentation over the Internet and hear it either over the Net or via telephone. But this series will include appropriate skits, games, role playing scenarios and ways to get the training message across to the trainer's audience. This is the mark of an effective training program. It isn't to have employees in attendance; it is to help them understand.

Busy trainers can use one more tool to help them do their job. "Train the Trainer" is that tool.
