Performance appraisals are perhaps among the most dangerous documents in a bank's files, in terms of creating potential liability for the bank for discrimination, breach of contract, "wrongful discharge", defamation and other charges. And yet, properly done, performance appraisals can be the most potent deterrent to any sort of claim against the bank and can provide a powerful defense. They are therefore critical.

Register for this webinar and learn how to use employee evaluations to:
  • Document deficiencies
  • Document warnings
  • Score performance appraisals
  • Correct performance appraisals
  • Complement Employee self-appraisals
  • Justify "RIFFING" an employee
  • Document discipline/discharge
Also learn how improperly done appraisals can lead to suits not only for discrimination and retaliation, but also for defamation, interference with economic advantage and emotional distress
